The best bootcamp for abs I found in the last 20 years.  It is made in 2004, but it is ABsoluty amazing. You start with abs stand up exercises  in the first part, in the second part you make it on the floor. After a few weeks you can see real changes in your belly and it helps a lot for back pain, too.  I can recommend it and it is by far the best and most effective ab workout I have ever done and which I found on a DVD, and I have a lot of Sport DVDs. Try it and you will love it!!!

It is a starting point for cardio boxing. The instructor is is O.K., but the man behind the camera did never a sport dvd before, with the changes of the shoot, the leg changes, too and this is a little bit confusing. The exercises are good, but I cannot really recommend this dvd.

Funny and a little bit old fashioned, but still amazing, great for coordination and cardio training – with Jutta Schuhn and her team – nice setting – I love to have this DVD, because of the positive motivating attitude of the presenter. It would love it, if some presenters of new DVDs inherit this lovely positive attitude and to showcase it. It looks like – the can be nothing better than to do this sport right now.
